Xiaomi Redmi 12C includes a 6.71-inch IPS LCD screen with a resolution of 720 x 1650 pixels, MediaTek MT6769Z Helio G85 processor (12nm) and version 4 RAM + 128 GB.
With a 6.71-inch HD+ screen, the Redmi 12C has a small hole on the front to house a 5 MP camera for selfies. The body of the device has a diagonal texture that, according to Xiaomi, prevents it from slipping out of the user's hand.
At the rear, in addition to a fingerprint reader, Xiaomi also included a set of two camera modules: a main sensor with 50 MP and a secondary one that was not detailed. The company promises good quality photos with the device.
Regarding technical specifications, the smartphone has a MediaTek Helio G85 processor with up to 6 GB of LPDDR4X RAM and up to 128 GB of internal storage expandable via micro SD.
The battery has 5,000 mAh, and the device also uses a microUSB port for recharging. Being an entry-level device, it maintains the headphone jack and only supports 4G networks – no 5G here.
